Update: April 19 2014, Piru (Top Ten and 1st tournament of New Season)

I spoke to Piru staff and made arrangements for early entry. On 4-19-14 the gates will open at 05:30am for our club tournament. Please make sure you are on time because once the gates are closed you will have to enter with the general public. Due to the current launching conditions and with the early entry, once all the boats are on the water that entered the park at 05:30 i will begin calling numbers. Weigh in will be held in the parking lot @ 03:00pm. Each angler is allowed 5 12′ fish. Call me if you have any questions or concerns.

The Bass contenders will be traveling to lake Piru on April 19th for their monthly tournament and Top Ten fish off, all boats must be clean and dry and will be inspected with the motor up and down. ( the word on the street for all of you that are going to pre fish, they are now tagging boats on the way out) Piru is considered local lake so the Non Boater cost will be $35.00 plus half the gate Fee. The Bag limit will be 5 fish 12” per angler.
